Nicole Upton is the founder of Elorah Counselling and Consulting, where she has supported individuals and families since 2011. Her work is grounded in empathy, genuine connection, and a deep respect for each person’s lived experience. Nicole brings a calm, practical, and compassionate approach to counselling, drawing on her understanding of human behaviour, resilience, and the challenges people face in everyday life.
